In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you to Brewcraft Academy in the six months prior to the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.

Brewcraft Academy shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
